THE DETAILS
The course is organized into four modules. Each module takes approximately 30 days.
The content is built on our proprietary IMMERSION METHODOLOGY. That means:
- the sales team receives an email each week with links to assigned content. Typically, that is a video presentation by Dave Kahle
- a set of handouts to support the content
- a monthly application exercise
- complimentary podcasts and blog posts.
- a monthly AEF meeting (accountability, encouragement, follow-up).
Every module contains an application assignment that requires the salesperson to actually do what you (we) train them to do. There is group accountability through a monthly meeting with peers and managers to discuss the results of their assignment.
